Dr. Ilenia Fronza, Associate Professor, Free University of Bozen/Bolzano, Italy

Ilenia Fronza is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Engineering of the Free University of Bozen/Bolzano, Italy. Her main research area is computing education, i.e., research on all aspects of teaching and learning computing at all levels (from early education to professional contexts), focusing on software engineering education/training, pedagogical approaches, tools, and diversity. She leads the Hands-On LAboratory (HOLA) for Computing Education Research at the Free University of Bozen/Bolzano, Italy. She has experience in coordinating national and European projects.
