Dr. Roxane Koitz-Hristov, Senior Lecturer Graz, University of Technology
Roxane Koitz-Hristov is a Senior Lecturer at the Institute for Artificial Intelligence and Software Engineering, Graz University of Technology, Austria. She holds MSc degrees in Computer Science and Software Development and Business Management, and completed her PhD with distinction in Computer Science, specializing in abductive model-based diagnosis and its industrial applications. Her research interests include artificial intelligence, software engineering, model-based diagnosis, and computer science education. Roxane has contributed to various funded research projects, such as ALFA (Artificial Intelligence for Smart Diagnosis in Building Automation) and FliMBD (Analysis of Flight Data Using Model-Based Driven Diagnostics), collaborating with organizations like the European Space Agency. She is an experienced educator recognized by multiple awards, including the FH Joanneum Teaching Award and a nomination for the Ars Docendi State Prize. Roxane regularly participates in international conferences and serves as a reviewer for prestigious journals and conferences in her field.
